Quick summary
- You must be 13 or older. 13–17s need parent/guardian consent.
- Play safely — never play while driving, near roads/water/railways, or in restricted places.
- Don't harass, bully, dox or harm other players. Reports are reviewed.
- Virtual items have no real-world cash value and can't be sold or transferred outside the game.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled; you can cancel any time.
- We can suspend or close accounts that breach the Terms.
- Governed by the laws of England and Wales (without affecting your local consumer rights).

No brand or meme-creator affiliation
Brain Rot IRL is an original parody-inspired game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Pokémon, Niantic, Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, TikTok, Roblox, Google, Apple, MrBeast, IShowSpeed, Kai Cenat, Fanum, Duke Dennis, Drake, McDonald's, Disney, Nickelodeon / Viacom, Dreamworks / Universal, or any other studio, brand, celebrity, athlete, streamer or meme creator that may be referenced colloquially in popular culture or evoked by a character name or design.
